Most web design companies will not put a number on a page. You fill out a form, wait three days, and get a proposal built around what somebody guessed you would pay.

Every plan is a one-time build fee plus a monthly hosting fee. The one-time fee covers designing and building the site. The monthly covers hosting it, your domain and SSL, support, and keeping it online after launch.

Starter is one to three pages. You need a professional presence, a tappable phone number, and to come up when somebody searches your business by name. Most solo operators and newer businesses land here.
Pro is five to eight pages. You have several services that each need explaining, you want a blog, and you want the SEO work actually done rather than skipped. Most established service businesses land here.
VIP is ten pages or more. You are selling online, you need a page per service area, or you want daily backups and priority support because downtime costs you real money.
Some features are tied to a plan. An integrated blog comes with Pro and cannot be added to Starter. Full e-commerce comes with VIP. Email, extra pages and a Google Business Profile can be added to any plan. Worth reading first: a complete profile is only a floor, not the finish line.
Not sure which? Call and describe the business. We will tell you the smaller one if the smaller one is right.
If you are still testing whether the business works and you need something online this week, a cheap template is the right call. We would rather say that than sell you a plan you do not need yet.

No. The monthly is month to month and you can cancel any time. We do not lock anyone into a term.
In full, before work begins. If you change your mind before we start design work, you are refunded, less the payment processing fees charged on the original transaction. Once the build has started the fee is non-refundable, and anything produced up to that point is yours to keep.
Your site goes offline. The monthly is what pays for the hosting keeping it online, so when it stops, the site stops. We hold a final backup for 30 days in case you come back or want a copy of it.
Yes, any time. You pay the difference in the build fee plus the new monthly rate. Starting on Starter does not lock you out of Pro or VIP later.
Two to four weeks is typical, and longer for VIP. The biggest variable is how quickly we get your photos and content. That is usually what sets the pace, not the building.
Monthly site updates are included with Pro and VIP. That covers small text and photo changes, like updating your hours, swapping a photo or correcting a phone number. On Starter, changes are quoted per request. Larger work such as new pages or a redesign is quoted separately on any plan.
You can bring a domain you already own, or we will register one for you. If you ever move away from us we handle the transfer. There is an administrative processing fee for that, which covers the time the work takes. It is not a charge for leaving.
